On October 9, 2025, Spellbook announced that it raised US$50 million of Series B financing in a round led by Khosla Ventures.

Spellbook, headquartered in Toronto and St. John’s, Newfoundland, is a legal software company which launched its first generative AI contract drafting tool in September 2022.
