Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chemtrade Logistics Inc. has successfully closed its previously announced private placement offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 6.375 percent aenior unsecured notes due August 28, 2029.

The offering was underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by National Bank Financial Markets and BMO Capital Markets.
