On September 15, 2025, Dream Summit Industrial LP completed a private placement of $400-million aggregate principal amount of 4.173 percent senior unsecured debentures. The debentures were offered on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents led by RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank and TD Securities Inc.
