On July 31, 2025, NDT Global, a portfolio company of Novacap completed its acquisition of Entegra. This strategic alliance unites two leading technology providers, significantly expanding NDT Global’s service offerings and reinforcing its growing leadership in the gas pipeline industry.

NDT Global based in Quebec, Canada has been setting new standards in diagnostic inspection, data analysis and integrity assessment onshore, offshore, all over the globe.

Entegra LLC based in Indiana, USA is a limited liability company specializing in the design, development and deployment of proprietary inspection tools inserted int pipelines to collect raw sensor data and the analysis and interpretation of such data to identify and characterize pipeline features or anomalies, including potential threats to pipeline integrity. 

McCarthy Tétrault LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP acted as legal advisors to NDT Global, while Jefferies LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to NDT Global.

Sidley Austin LLP acted as legal advisor to Entegra, while Baird acted as its exclusive financial advisor.
