On October 15, 2025, 123Dentist announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire MCA Dental Group Limited, an Ottawa-based dental support organization with 27 locations across Ontario and Québec. The transaction will result in the retirement of the MCA Dental Group corporate brand, with all operations transitioning to the 123Dentist brand. Patients will continue to receive care at their existing clinics, now supported by 123Dentist’s systems, resources, and operational expertise.

123Dentist, founded by dentists, supports more than 5,000 clinicians across over 450 clinics in Canada, serving more than two million patients annually. The company reports industry-leading revenue growth, driven by both same-store performance and disciplined acquisitions, including 35 clinics in the last 12 months. The acquisition of MCA Dental Group is part of 123Dentist’s ongoing strategy to expand its national footprint and invest in capabilities across patient acquisition, clinical service, operational excellence, and partner support.
