On October 10, 2025, Funvilla International Inc., a subsidiary of BMA International WLL, a global private investment firm headquartered in Dubai, completed the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Funvilla Group of companies, a leading Ontario-based indoor family entertainment and play centre portfolio.
