Bosco and Roxy’s Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of pet treat products across Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, completed the sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares to a subsidiary of Treat Planet Holdings, LLC, a platform investment company of Inverness Graham Investments IV, L.P., a private equity firm headquartered in Philadelphia.

Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
