Valsoft acquires Celtrino to strengthen supply chain software portfolio

On October 16, 2025, Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Canadian specialist in acquiring and developing vertical market software businesses, announced the acquisition of Celtrino, a prominent Dublin-based provider of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and supply chain automation solutions, through its subsidiary Valsoft Ireland Limited. Celtrino, with over 30 years of experience, has been a leader in supply chain innovation, serving clients across retail, logistics, and manufacturing sectors in the UK and Ireland. The company is recognized for its secure, efficient digital transaction channels and its expertise in streamlining order management, invoicing, and compliance processes. The acquisition aimed to provide Celtrino with greater scale, resources, and a long-term growth perspective, while allowing it to maintain its established leadership and operational autonomy within Valsoft’s TAG Software Group.

Legal representation for Valsoft included internal counsel Oliver Gray (Senior Legal Counsel, M&A), Elisa Marcon (Senior Corporate Paralegal), and David Felicissimo (General Counsel), with external support from Addleshaw Goddard (Ireland) LLP. Celtrino was represented by Clark Hill.
