Onepoint acquires Logient nventive, forming Wepoint for North America

On September 30, 2025, French consulting group Onepoint acquired Quebec-based Logient nventive, resulting in the creation of Wepoint, a new North American technology and consulting services leader. The merger brought together nearly 600 experts—450 from Logient nventive and 150 from Onepoint Canada—with plans to expand the workforce to 1,500 AI specialists and achieve $250 million in revenue by 2030. Wepoint combined complementary strengths in cloud solutions, artificial intelligence, data, consulting, and technology products, positioning its Montréal team as central to North American operations. The merger reflected ongoing consolidation and growth trends in the technology and consulting sector, establishing a model that emphasized consulting excellence, local expertise, and large-scale innovation.

Onepoint was advised by Peter Castiel, Claire Zikovsky, Josh Laxer, and Anne-Marie Panzini from Stikeman Elliott LLP, as well as David Haccoun, Eve H., and Samuel Boccara from Osborne Clarke – France.
