On September 23, 2025, Honda Canada Finance Inc. (“HCFI”) closed its $500 million debenture private placement offering, maturing on September 23, 2030.
HCFI is the financial services branch of Honda Canada, providing financing and leasing options for vehicles, motorcycles, ATVs, and power equipment in Canada.
