On September 15, 2025, Discovery Silver Corp. entered into a US$250 million credit facility, with an accordion feature for an additional US$100 million, with Bank of Montreal, as administrative agent, and a syndicate of lenders.

The credit facility is available for general corporate and working capital purposes, including financing future investments as Discovery Silver advances its growth strategy.
