Maple, Canada’s leading virtual care company, has acquired Beyond ADHD, a prominent Canadian virtual provider specializing in ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up. The acquisition, announced on November 5, 2025, is designed to strengthen Maple’s commitment to accessible, clinically led mental health care across the nation, particularly in the underserved area of ADHD. Beyond ADHD, founded in New Brunswick and headquartered in Grafton, will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Maple, ensuring uninterrupted services and retaining all employees and contractors. The combined entity will continue to provide ADHD care to more than 20,000 patients, supporting a structured, evidence-based virtual program that also addresses related mental health needs such as depression and anxiety.
