On November 17, 2025, Montreal-based Valsoft Corporation acquired Variphy, a California provider of unified communications (UC) analytics, reporting, and management solutions for Cisco, Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Founded in 2004, Variphy serves more than 2,000 organizations and supports over 10 million phones and call queues through capabilities including CDR reporting and analytics, change management, dashboards, and contact center reporting - tools aimed at optimizing performance, compliance, and user experience. The companies said Variphy will continue operating autonomously and join Valsoft’s Lighthouse Software Group, benefiting from shared expertise and operational resources while retaining its leadership and team. The announcement emphasized strategic alignment around delivering easy-to-use, mission-critical analytics software and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
