On November 19, 2025, Centuri Holdings, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Connect Atlantic Utility Services Corporation, establishing itself as a dual electric and gas services provider in Canada. The acquisition expands Centuri's geographic footprint across Atlantic Canada, with CAUS operating primarily in Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland and Labrador. CAUS, which operates through a largely union workforce, provides maintenance, construction, and storm services to electric utility and developer customers. The acquisition supports Centuri's growth strategy by capitalizing on significant Canadian market opportunities, including investments in grid modernization, system resiliency, and clean energy integration.
