On December 1, 2025, EQT Real Estate II Fund sold a portfolio of 33 Swedish light industrial assets to Brookfield through its private Real Estate Solutions strategy. The portfolio totals about 154,000 square meters across suburban locations near growing university cities and includes warehousing, logistics facilities, production spaces, and car dealerships. The transaction value was not disclosed. During its ownership, EQT aggregated single assets into a portfolio, addressed vacancies, re-geared short-term leases, and undertook select development projects. Broadgate Asset Management served as EQT’s partner and operating manager for the portfolio. For the portfolio transaction, EQT Real Estate’s legal advisor was Schjødt; commercial, financial, and technical advisors were CBRE, EY, and Tjuren, respectively. Brookfield was advised by Latham & Watkins LLP.
