Partners Community Health (PCH) and Trillium Health Partners (THP) have acquired the Camilla Care Community long-term care home in Mississauga from Sienna Senior Living through a three-way agreement among Sienna, PCH and THP. The agreement covers the sale of Camilla in its entirety, including the property and all 236 long-term care bed licences. The parties emphasize continuity of care for residents, families and staff, and a seamless transition process during the transfer. The acquisition is intended to maintain much-needed long-term care capacity in Mississauga and to support the broader development of an integrated health campus linked to THP’s Mississauga Hospital site.
