Bluwatr, a strategic growth platform for architecture and engineering firms, has acquired a majority interest in Teeple Architects, forming a long-term partnership that expands Teeple’s ownership team and supports its succession and growth strategy.

Five additional principals will become equity partners, positioning the practice for sustained growth and stability. Bluwatr, founded and managed by architects and engineers, offers a growth platform that combines a pre-investment strategy program, Bluprint, with co-partnership investments aimed at building a new generation of tech-driven, adaptive A&E firms. The partnership is intended to leverage Bluwatr’s business intelligence, large-scale project experience and commitment to technology-enhanced design to expand Teeple’s studio and amplify its capacity to deliver innovative, uplifting architecture from its Toronto and Vancouver offices.
