s?lilw?ta? (Tsleil-Waututh Nation) and Great Canadian Entertainment have entered into a definitive agreement under which Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) will purchase the casino portion of the business and the casino-related real property interests at Hastings Racecourse & Casino in Vancouver.

Closing remains subject to customary conditions and approvals, including from regulatory authorities and the City of Vancouver, which owns the underlying Hastings Park lands. Following completion, Great Canadian will provide transitional services and support to TWN for a period of time.
