On December 15, 2025, Voyageur Mineral Explorers Corp. and Evolve Strategic Element Royalties Ltd. completed a business combination.  In connection with the business combination, Evolve Royalties’ common shares are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange on December 17, 2025 under the symbol “EVR”. Prior to the business combination, Voyageur consolidated its shares on a 4 to 1 basis, changed its corporate name to Evolve Royalties Ltd. and was continued under the Canada Business Corporations Act.
