Canadian Natural Resources Limited has closed a $1.65 billion public offering of medium-term notes, comprised of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 3.30 percent notes due 2028, $550 million aggregate principal amount of 3.75 percent notes due 2031, and $550 million aggregate principal amount of 4.55 percent notes due 2036. The net proceeds received by Canadian Natural from the issuance and sale of the notes will be used for general corporate purposes. Canadian Natural may also use the proceeds for the repayment of indebtedness.
