On December 1, 2025, Mode Insurance Services Ltd. (Mode Insurance Services), a respected program administrator based in Abbotsford, BC, was acquired by Specialty Program Group Canada Inc. (SPG Canada), a subsidiary of Hub International Limited.

Mode Insurance Services brings a robust suite of Auto-related products to SPG Canada’s portfolio, including new vehicle replacement insurance, enhanced limited depreciation coverage, and negative equity protection plans.
