On December 2, 2025, Ironbridge Equity Partners of Toronto, Ontario, acquired a controlling interest in Veradek Inc. in partnership with the existing CEO and co-founder, Daniel Greenberg. No financial terms were disclosed.

Veradek, headquartered in Richmond Hill, Ontario, is a leading branded supplier of outdoor décor products, offering a diverse range including planters, side tables, deck boxes, and waste bins through both e-commerce and retail channels across Canada and the United States. Following the transaction, Veradek’s co-founder and CEO, Daniel Greenberg, will continue to play an active leadership role as co-owner and strategic advisor.
