On January 7, 2026, Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Canadian company specializing in acquiring and developing vertical market software businesses, has acquired Jazzware, a U.S.-based provider of hospitality communications and guest experience software. Founded in the early 2000s, Jazzware offers a platform that enables hospitality operators, service providers, and hotel brands to manage voice, messaging, emergency services, and guest communications across on-premises and cloud environments. The platform integrates with PBX, PMS, and hospitality technology ecosystems, serving hotels, resorts, and managed properties globally. The acquisition expands Valsoft's portfolio in hospitality and communications-focused vertical software markets. Ray Mohsenin, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Aspire Software, said Jazzware's domain expertise, customer relationships, and integration within the hospitality technology ecosystem make it a fit within Aspire's portfolio. Thomas Clancy, CEO & Chairman at Jazzware, said joining Valsoft and Aspire Software provides a partner focused on stability, continuity, and customer trust, while adding resources to support the next phase of growth. Jazzware will operate autonomously with its leadership team and employees remaining in place, joining Aspire Software, an operating group of Valsoft.
Valsoft Corporation was represented internally by Louis-Philippe Lacasse (Senior Legal Counsel), David Felicissimo (General Counsel), and Elisa Macron (Paralegal), while Jazzware was represented by Stormoen Law. No transaction value was disclosed.
