On December 22, 2025, Osler acted for 2Story US Group, Inc. in the sale of its minority interest in Naturpark (formerly IPM Foods). Naturpak is the largest Tetra Recart manufacturing and co-packing company in North America and a leading full-service co-manufacturer and co-packer of shelf-stable foods. 

2Story was a co-investor in Naturpak alongside Trivest Partners, a private equity firm based in Coral Gables, Florida, that focuses on growing and supporting founder-led and family-owned businesses.
