Valsoft Corporation Inc., a Montreal-based vertical market software acquisition firm, announced on January 12, 2026, the acquisition of Fast Medic – Sistemas de Gestão em Saúde LTDA, a Brazilian provider of technology solutions for public healthcare management. The transaction value was not disclosed.

Founded over 20 years ago and headquartered in Curitiba, Paraná, Fast Medic provides software solutions designed to improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making for municipal health systems. The company serves municipalities across several Brazilian states, including Paraná, São Paulo, Ceará, and Minas Gerais. Fast Medic CEO Alexandre Margarida indicated the acquisition would enable the company to strengthen its technology and expand its reach while maintaining its commitment to improving public health management. The company will continue to operate autonomously under TAG Software Group within the Valsoft ecosystem, with its existing leadership team and employees remaining in place.
