ConnectWise, a leading software and services provider to IT Solution Providers, has acquired zofiQ, an agentic AI company purpose-built to automate high-volume service desk operations for managed service providers.
Already in use by ConnectWise PSA partners, zofiQ’s AI agents are reported to drive a 20 percent increase in endpoints managed per technician, enable organizations to increase service capacity while maintaining consistent service quality, and help achieve up to 30 percent margin improvement by reducing manual, reactive work. The platform operates directly inside ConnectWise PSA workflows to absorb routine triage, resolution, documentation, and related ticket-handling tasks, thereby freeing technicians for higher-value activities. Over time, zofiQ is expected to serve as a horizontal agentic AI layer across the broader ConnectWise portfolio, including ConnectWise RMM, cybersecurity, and data protection, with plans to extend these autonomous service capabilities through ConnectWise’s open ecosystem so partners can apply agent-driven automation across integrated third-party solutions as well.
