On October 9, 2025, Miltex Solutions Canada Inc. completed the sale of substantially all of its assets to FELLFAB Limited, a North American manufacturer of engineered textile products.

The Miltex Solutions Canada Inc. brand Warrior Gear is also included in this acquisition.

Miltex Solutions provides advanced technical textile products and systems to defence and public safety sectors. Its offerings include custom-designed covers, carrying solutions and protective textile gear used by military and emergency services personnel. FELLFAB, with operations across North America, serves customers in aerospace, rail, military and industrial markets with precision textile manufacturing capabilities.
