On October 22, 2025, Transchem Inc., a Canadian provider of car wash chemistry, systems and solutions, was acquired by OPW, a business unit of Dover Corporation.

Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, Transchem is a leading manufacturer and distributor of car wash systems and eco-friendly chemical products. The company is best known for its Turtle Wax Pro brand and has built a strong presence across North America and internationally through its proprietary offerings and distributor network. OPW, based in the United States, provides fluid handling and car wash solutions worldwide and is a subsidiary of Dover Corporation, a global manufacturer with annual revenue exceeding US$8 billion.
