BCF Business Law acquires Quebec real estate firm LCB

BCF Business Law has acquired Leroux Côté Burrogano (LCB), a Quebec real estate law firm that has operated for over 100 years. The transaction, announced February 10, 2026, brings 18 professionals led by Mtre Bruno Burrogano into BCF. Burrogano, formerly LCB's Managing Partner, now serves as Head of BCF's Real Estate Law Group.

The acquisition forms part of BCF's growth strategy to expand through acquisitions and strengthen its real estate law capabilities as the Quebec market undergoes significant changes. Managing Partner Julie Doré stated the integration strengthens BCF's real estate law practice and aligns with the firm's strategic positioning to offer local companies enhanced capabilities and different approaches to business challenges.

Burrogano noted that joining BCF provides an opportunity to grow LCB's practice within a larger structure while maintaining the entrepreneurial and human values that have characterized the firm over its history. He described BCF as recognized for its meticulous approach, innovation, and ability to support organizations in ambitious business projects. The combined entity aims to deliver broader expertise and more comprehensive support for complex real estate projects.
