Remsoft Inc., a New Brunswick-based provider of forest Intelligence solutions, completed its acquisition of INFLOR, a Brazilian forestry technology company specializing in forest management systems with over 20 years of experience serving customers across South America, North America, and Europe. Remsoft is backed by Banneker Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.
