On February 18, 2026, SCI Capital Partners and Reddy Ice completed their acquisition of Arctic Glacier, a premier provider of high-quality, premium ice products and services across North America, from the Carlyle Group Inc. The transaction was a multi-jurisdictional cross border transaction involving Canada and the United States.

Reddy Ice is a portfolio company of SCI Capital Partners and a leading manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice in the United States and Mexico.
