SponsorPulse acquires TTG Canada and Torque Strategies

On January 31, 2026, SponsorPulse Inc. (“SponsorPulse”), an affiliate of IMI International-Research Inc. (“IMI”), completed its acquisition of TTG Strategic Marketing & Communications Canada Corporation and Torque Strategies (collectively, “TTG”).

TTG is a nationally recognized strategic marketing and sponsorship advisory firm. With deep expertise in brand partnerships, strategic innovation, and purpose-driven impact, TTG has provided counsel and partnership development services to regional, national, and international clients across sport, entertainment, culture, and community.

IMI, a full-service consulting firm founded in 1971, launched SponsorPulse in 2018 to bring greater clarity, credibility, and consistency to sponsorship through insight. That ambition continues to accelerate with the acquisition of TTG, uniting people, capabilities, and market presence into a more connected sponsorship ecosystem.

The acquired assets strengthen SponsorPulse and IMI’s combined capabilities in partnership strategy, brand advisory, and commercial rights development, further enhancing their ability to deliver data-driven insight, actionable solutions, and integrated partnership programming to clients across North America.
