(DSG), has acquired Eastern Valve & Control Specialties Ltd., a Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador-based provider of industrial valve products and related services supporting customers across Atlantic Canada. Eastern Valve, founded in 2002, supplies industrial valves, instrumentation and flow-control solutions across a range of industrial and infrastructure applications, and is recognized for its technical knowledge, responsive service, and focus on customers’ critical process and flow-control requirements. Source Atlantic is described as a leading industrial distributor and service provider in Canada, and this acquisition further scales DSG’s Canadian operations while expanding Source Atlantic’s mobile valve platform, enhancing its ability to deliver specialized valve products and lifecycle services across the region.
