Montreal-based Valsoft Corporation Inc., a vertical market software acquirer and developer, has completed the acquisition of DigitalEd, a Waterloo-headquartered provider of online learning solutions for STEM education. The transaction, announced on February 19, 2026, did not include publicly disclosed financial terms.
