Waste Connections, Inc., an integrated solid waste services company, has closed an underwritten public offering of US$600 million aggregate principal amount of 4.800 percent Senior Notes due 2036, priced at 99.732 percent of their face value. The offering closed on March 16, 2026.

The net proceeds are expected to be used to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility.
