OMERS, APG to acquire Dutch energy infrastructure firm Kenter for $1.01 billion
OMERS Infrastructure and APG Asset Management signed an agreement for the acquisition of Kenter, a Dutch energy infrastructure solutions provider, from Alliander Corporate Ventures, in a deal valued at approximately $1.01 billion (€700-million).
The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023.
