grenke AG is a Germany-headquartered global provider of small-ticket leasing, offering financing for information technology, industrial and medical equipment to small and medium-sized enterprises. GC Crédit-Bail Québec Inc. is the group's Canadian leasing operating company, with offices in Montréal, Toronto and Vancouver.
The transaction represents the Series 1 issuance under the issuer's Canadian senior unsecured note programme and provides medium-term, Canadian-dollar denominated, fixed-rate funding to support the issuer's Canadian leasing operations.
