On April 20, 2026, Rexel S.A., the Paris-listed global electrical products distribution and services group, completed its acquisition of Groupe Techno-Contact (also referred to as Techno-Contact 360 or TC 360), a Québec-based provider of low- and medium-voltage electrical solutions. The acquisition was completed through Rexel's Canadian subsidiary, Rexel Canada.

Techno-Contact provides a comprehensive range of services, including the design, manufacturing, distribution, integration and maintenance of electrical systems for commercial and industrial clients. Its activities span electrical distribution, industrial automation, datacenters and electrical services, with end-to-end project management from design to long-term service. The company generated approximately C$85 million in sales for the 12 months ended November 2025, with growing exposure to the datacenter segment.

Following closing, the acquired business has been positioned within a newly created Rexel Canada Services banner, led by Nathalie Parisel as President, alongside the previously acquired Jacmar, LiteTec and Electricomm service businesses.
