On June 2, 2026, Our Home & Miniature Land Inc., the Ontario-incorporated operator of the Little Canada immersive miniature attraction in downtown Toronto, announced the completion of the sale of all of its issued and outstanding shares to Pocket Planet London Ltd., a United Kingdom-based operator of immersive indoor miniature attractions.
Little Canada opened in August 2021 at 10 Dundas Street East in downtown Toronto, occupying approximately 45,000 square feet of exhibit space across eight destinations representing Canadian landmarks, cityscapes and landscapes at HO (1:87) scale, including Little Toronto, Little Niagara, Little Golden Horseshoe, Petit Québec, Little Ottawa, Little East Coast, Little West Coast and the more recently added Little North. The attraction was founded by Jean-Louis Brenninkmeijer and Dave MacLean, who incorporated Our Home and Miniature Land in 2013 and built the project over several years through investments from approximately 200 backers. Little Canada has received multiple Ontario's Choice Awards, including Top Indoor Attraction from 2022 through 2025.
Pocket Planet is developing the United Kingdom's largest indoor miniature attraction at 500 Oxford Street in London, with a retail and café component and the full immersive attraction following thereafter. The acquisition expands Pocket Planet's portfolio across the Atlantic and positions it as a multi-jurisdictional operator of immersive miniature world attractions.
The transaction value was not publicly disclosed.
