On May 22, 2026, LOFT Entertainment Inc. ("LOFT"), a global entertainment company focused on premium live experiences, content and cultural platforms, completed its acquisition of Attila Glatz Concert Productions Inc. ("Attila"), an internationally recognized Toronto-based producer of live entertainment experiences and concert productions. The combined business has been rebranded as "Glatz Loft Concerts". Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The transaction was completed pursuant to a share purchase agreement and included concurrent senior secured financing provided in connection with the acquisition. Founded in 1987, Attila has spent nearly four decades producing, promoting and managing live entertainment experiences worldwide, with a programming portfolio spanning classical, jazz, folk, country, film, opera, video game and anime music. The company's signature presentation since 1995 has been the Salute to Vienna New Year's Concert, a European-inspired celebration of Viennese waltzes, song and dance staged annually in concert halls across North America.

The acquisition further expands LOFT's growing portfolio of premium live entertainment properties and strengthens its position across music, film, television and cultural experiences. The combined Glatz Loft Concerts platform combines Attila's decades of programming and tour management experience with LOFT's broader live experiences, content and cultural platforms strategy.

LOFT financed the acquisition in part through a new senior secured credit facility entered into in connection with the closing of the share purchase. The Attila Glatz Concert Productions team is expected to continue producing the company's programming under the new Glatz Loft Concerts brand.
