On February 26, 2026, funds advised by Greenstone Resources LP completed the divestment of equity interests in Marimaca Copper Corp., a copper exploration and development company dual-listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Australian Securities Exchange and developing the Marimaca copper project in the Antofagasta Region of Chile. The Greenstone divestment was effected through a brokered public secondary offering of common shares and CHESS depositary interests (CDIs) pursuant to a prospectus supplement in Canada and a block trade agreement in Australia, generating aggregate gross proceeds to the Greenstone entities of approximately C$137 million. The Greenstone tranche formed part of a wider secondary offering of approximately C$270 million by Greenstone Resources II L.P., Greenstone Co-Investment No. 1 (Coro) L.P. and other selling shareholders, which in turn formed part of a larger global treasury and secondary offering of shares and CDIs in Canada and Australia for combined gross proceeds of approximately C$409 million. The Canadian common shares were priced at C$10.00 per share and the Australian CDIs at A$10.35 per CDI. Treasury proceeds are to be used by Marimaca to advance the Marimaca project, including pre-construction engineering and early site works, to fund a drilling campaign at Pampa Medina and for working capital and general corporate purposes; the company received no proceeds from the secondary component. Selling shareholders agreed to a 90-day lock-up, subject to limited exceptions.
