AXISCADES divests global aerospace engineering services business to Akkodis in US$206.3M cross-border deal

AXISCADES Technologies Limited, a Bengaluru-based publicly listed Indian aerospace and engineering company, announced on June 12, 2026 the divestment of its global Aerospace Engineering Services business to Akkodis, a Zurich-headquartered digital engineering consulting company and part of the Adecco Group. The aggregate consideration is US$206.30 million, comprising US$77.70 million payable at closing, US$76.02 million payable 24 months after closing, and up to US$52.58 million as a performance-linked contingent payment.

The transaction is structured in two tranches. In the first tranche, Akkodis will acquire a fifty-one percent controlling interest, with the remaining forty-nine percent to be acquired over the following 24 to 30 months. Consideration is pro-rated to ownership transferred at each stage. Closing of the first tranche is expected in the third quarter of fiscal year 2027, between October and December 2026, subject to customary regulatory clearances.

The sellers comprise AXISCADES Technologies Limited, its branches in Germany and France, and its subsidiaries Cades Studec Technologies (India) Private Limited, AXISCADES GmbH, AXISCADES UK Limited, AXISCADES Technology Canada Inc., and AXISCADES Inc. During an 18 to 24 month transition period, the parties will operate as strategic partners under a transitional services agreement and a bilateral customer-footprint arrangement. Proceeds are earmarked to fund the company's Power 930 strategic plan and the establishment of a new Space division.
