Artemis Gold completes $450 million inaugural note offering

Artemis Gold Inc., a British Columbia-based gold company that developed and operates the Blackwater gold mine in central British Columbia, completed its inaugural offering of senior unsecured notes for aggregate proceeds of C$450 million. The financing was the company's first term-debt issuance in the notes market and was distributed through a syndicate of underwriters. Artemis Gold is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and had advanced the Blackwater project from development into production, with the note proceeds supporting its capital structure and general corporate purposes as the operation ramps up. The offering broadened the company's sources of financing beyond project and equity capital, establishing a presence in the debt capital markets. The notes were issued to institutional and other investors through the underwriting syndicate. The offering closed in early February 2026. As a completed debt financing, the transaction reached settlement upon closing, with the notes issued and proceeds delivered to the company.
