WELL Health acquires Ontario imaging diagnostics clinics

On June 1, 2026, WELL Health Technologies Corp., through its subsidiary MyHealth Partners Inc., acquired the assets of several private medical imaging and healthcare clinics operating under the Ontario Imaging Diagnostics brand. The close date was June 1, 2026, and the announce date was June 2, 2026, when WELL publicly disclosed the completed transaction (WELL Health news release, June 2, 2026). The acquisition provides the WELL network with a well-established clinical team and will benefit from WELL's shared services infrastructure, technology platforms and clinic operating model.

All values are already in Canadian dollars, so no foreign currency conversion applies.

On legal advisors, a Fasken team composed of Henrick Simard, Julien Langlois, Guillaume Giguère, Ali Aziez and Amélie Defoy advised the member corporations and shareholders of Ontario Imaging Diagnostics (the sellers); counsel to WELL was not disclosed.
