OleaDev sells Parc 30 West distribution facility to Veyron

OleaDev Real Estate Group (Groupe immobilier OleaDev) completed the sale of Parc 30 West, a 602,000-square-foot Class A industrial distribution facility in Beauharnois, Quebec, to Veyron, a private investment firm. The transaction closed in May 2026 and was described by industry press as one of the largest Quebec transactions involving a single-tenant industrial building. The property is fully leased to Keurig Dr Pepper Canada, which uses it as its largest coffee-focused distribution centre in the country; operations and logistics at the facility are managed by DHL Supply Chain.

Parc 30 West sits on a 40-acre site with highway frontage on Autoroute 30, adjacent to a large IKEA logistics facility. Originally launched in 2021 as the largest speculative industrial development undertaken in Quebec at the time, the project began construction with an initial footprint of 421,000 square feet and was later expanded by 181,000 square feet to reach its current 602,000-square-foot size. The building includes 40-foot clear heights, more than 60,000 pallet positions, 77 loading dock doors, and 75 trailer parking spots.
