Nevvon receives strategic investment from BVP Forge

On August 24, 2026, Nevvon Inc. announced a strategic investment from BVP Forge, L.P., the private equity arm of Bessemer Venture Partners, which focuses on growth-oriented, self-sustaining technology and B2B services businesses. Terms of the investment were not disclosed. Alongside the investment, Nevvon launched TrainOnce, a new solution powered by the platform's network effects. Nevvon is the compliance and training infrastructure behind the home care, home health, and facility-based care workforce, with its platform integrating directly into the systems agencies already use to schedule, bill, and stay audit-ready, and its curriculum tracking training requirements as they shift state by state. Caregivers have completed more than 57 million lessons across a network of over 650,000 users. The investment will help Nevvon expand its platform, deepen its work with payors and self-directed care programs, and reach more caregivers across the United States, as more of that workforce moves between agencies and into self-directed arrangements where individuals manage their own caregiving. Nevvon's management team will continue to lead the company, and its day-to-day relationships with agencies, caregivers, and channel partners remain unchanged. BVP Forge manages US$2.3 billion in a concentrated portfolio of self-sustaining technology and B2B services businesses, combining Bessemer's early-stage insights and network with its ForgeEdge operational resource program.
