Talamore Mining closes $149.5M private placement for Coffee Gold Project

On July 21, 2026, Talamore Mining Corp. (formerly Fuerte Metals Corporation) closed a brokered private placement of 18,687,500 common shares at a price of $8.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $149.5 million, inclusive of the full exercise of the agents’ option to increase the size of the offering. The Vancouver-based company will use the proceeds to advance its wholly owned Coffee Gold Project in Yukon, including initial construction activities, permitting, engineering, and procurement.

The offering was led by Stifel Nicolaus Canada Inc. and BMO Capital Markets as co-lead agents and joint bookrunners, on their own behalf and on behalf of a syndicate of agents.
