Crescent Point to sell North Dakota assets for $675 million

Crescent Point Energy Corp., a Calgary-based oil and gas company, agreed to sell its North Dakota assets to a private investor for approximately $675 million (US$500 million). TPH&Co., the energy business of Perella Weinberg Partners, and TD Securities Inc. are serving as financial advisors to Crescent Point. BMO Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets acted as strategic advisors. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
