On February 20, 2026, PMET Resources Inc. announced the closing of concurrent financings for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $138 million to advance its Shaakichiuwaanaan Project in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region of Quebec. The transaction, first announced on February 9, 2026, comprised a prospectus offering of common shares and a concurrent charity flow-through private placement. Under the prospectus offering, the company issued 11,484,099 common shares at a price of $5.66 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $65 million, together with an additional 1,365,631 common shares at the same price for approximately $7.7 million from the partial exercise of the over-allotment option. The prospectus offering was made in each of the provinces of Canada under a prospectus supplement to the company's base shelf prospectus, pursuant to National Instrument 44-102. Raymond James Ltd. acted as sole global coordinator, with Raymond James and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. acting as agents on a marketed best efforts basis. Concurrently, the company raised approximately $65 million through the issuance of 6,992,255 charity flow-through shares at approximately $9.30 per share, a 48 percent premium to the closing price of PMET shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange as of February 6, 2026, facilitated by PearTree Securities Inc. Proceeds will support an updated CV5 Feasibility Study incorporating tantalum as a co-product and advance CV13 toward a preliminary economic assessment.
