On September 2, 2026, CDW Corporation, an end-to-end technology solutions provider, announced an agreement to acquire Lovelytics LLC, a data and artificial intelligence consulting firm, for approximately US$525 million. Lovelytics was founded in 2017 and is headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, with a team of more than 600 specialists working across the United States, Canada, Argentina, and Colombia. The firm works exclusively in data and AI, with deep expertise in the Databricks platform, and was the first consulting partner backed by Databricks Ventures. The acquisition expands CDW's Data and Analytics Practice and strengthens its capabilities across cloud, data, and AI services, helping customers modernize data infrastructure and accelerate AI adoption. CDW positioned the transaction as part of its broader Services and Solutions growth strategy, targeting rising enterprise demand for data readiness and production-scale AI deployment. Scott Love, founder and chief executive officer of Lovelytics, and Christine A. Leahy, chair and chief executive officer of CDW, both emphasized the strategic link between data foundations and AI execution. The company stated the transaction is not expected to have a material impact on CDW's 2026 financial results and is subject to customary closing conditions.
